Utility Contractors Association of Texas have forged the city of San Antonio with innovations focused towards the people and improving urban living conditions across the city. With special guest Peter John Holt, CEO & General Manager of HOLT Group along with UCATX President Stephen Park provided the night with an inspirational panel discussion in hopes of recognizing the cities future needs while also bringing beneficial remarks towards the leading sponsors of the association.
